Song Suggestions - your say
"so whip it..whip it guud..dunna dunna da da da dunna dunna dunna...."
Oh coming to the party?
So tell us what 80's music you would like to hear.
No really, tell us........
Look, it's ok, we won't laugh.
We LIKE 80's music and really the cheesier the better if you ask me...ouch, that rooly hurt.
Little Red Corvette has just given me a chinese burn me and told me are supposed to be grown ups acting cool...ha ha ha....oops.
Look, no guarantees, as well, lets face it, the music is old bordering on ancient. Some songs are just plain hard to find these days.
We do like to think of ourselves as the worlds' (sub Roxby here) historical repository of all 80's music (we're just "so good") so anything is worth a go.
Click on comments and add your list.
Make sure you leave your name... we will think up a rooly cool prize for anyone who does.

Okay..you sucked me in...here are some of my favorites (you asked for it): Centrefold, Footloose, Take on Me, Land Down Under, I'm Gonna Be (500 miles by the Proclaimers), Tainted Love, Summer of 69, Cmon Eileen, Fame, Dirty Dancing, Wake Me up Before You Go Go, Boys of Summer, Flashdance, And We Danced, the Nolans, Bette Davis Eyes, Racey, Everybody Wants to Rule the World, the best Michael Jackson song ever - Billie Jean, and my all time favorite....Jessie's Girl by Rick Springfield - but you have to play it really, really loud or it just doesn't sound right! I would also be so grateful if you could play When I Kissed the Teacher by ABBA (not really quite 80's but close enough and it's so awesome you just have ta). Guess that's more than enough suggestions....got a bit carried away there...he he
Boom Boom Boom - Let's Go Back to My Room (my first bluelight - nostalgia plus).
Everything that Jessie's Girl said, except the ABBA.
A bit of John Paul Young, a bit of John Cougar Mellancamp, I Can Dream About You, Slave to Love, Angels, Chisel (yes, I know how you feel, but you HAVE to play it, for me, for Australia), RedGum, the Pogues, Hunters & Collectors, lots of Eurythmics, some Billy Joel please, La Isla Bonita and Papa Don't Preach, and anything from the St Elmo's Fire soundtrack.
Thankyou, that will do for now.
Oops - I forgot...Glam Rock. Lots of sad, permed poofy-rocker, leopard-skinned lycra, Glam Rock.
I'm thinking Cheap Trick, a little Def Leppard, Van Halen of course, maybe some early Poison.
I'm sure you know the stuff...
If you pull out some Metallica I'll do the hair thing on principle but I'm not wearing spray-ons or ripples or my flannie.
LOL ohhh, sorry, you KNOW what the chances are of hearing any of THAT band on my birthday...
KAJAGOOGOO! Please please pleeeasse!
Duran Duran - Hungry Like The Wolf.
Feargal Sharkey.
Tarzan Boy.
Kulture Klub and, of course, Respectable by Mel&Kim.
You Spin Me Right Round!
Electric Boogaloo! The original BreakDance. (Does anyone have a BETA player).
DO RE MI!
And, if you play all this...then 'Don't Worry, Be Happy' because we'll be just 'Gold'.
And a little 'Brass in Pocket' won't hurt either!
